Should the weather get its own section in other on the main wiki page, next to links?

OK, for the time being there is a link on the front page that takes you to the weather section of the links page. If someone want's to make a really nice page about weather services in Scotland and some general blurb about the weather then we could link straight to that. Mike Lauder
